The representative of the Uzbek national judo team, Diyora Keldiyorova, made it to the finals of the world championships for the second time in a row in her career. At the world Championship in the UAE, our compatriot won a silver medal in the weight category up to 52 kg.
The Uzbek national judo team has successfully completed participation in the Grand Slam home tournament. About 500 athletes from 68 countries took part in the competition. Russian martial artists won: 2 gold, 1 silver and 3 bronze medals.
The country's strongest judoists have begun fighting for the title of champion of Uzbekistan. This time, the national championship is hosted by the Yunusobod sports complex in the capital. 564 athletes take part in it.
