March 22 (Sunday) is a day off;
March 23 (Monday) is a day off for employees with a 5-day working week (postponed due to the coincidence of the holiday with the weekend).
For employees with a 6-day work week, March 23 is a working day.
Thus, with a five-day working week, Uzbekistanis will rest for 4 consecutive days - from March 20 to March 23.
