Together with Korea, projects in the field of transport and road management will be implemented

During the visit to the Republic of Korea, a working group led by Deputy Minister of Transport I. Abdugafarov held talks with the management of Hyundai Rotem, KEC Corporation, Cheil Engineering and Dohwa Engineering on the development of mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries in the field of transport and road management.

During the negotiations, the working group was provided with information about the technical capabilities of modern Korean-made high-speed trains and their features.

Preliminary agreements were reached on the creation of a Unified monitoring center for public transport with the help of Korean grant funds, the development of a feasibility study for the construction of a high-speed railway "Tashkent - Samarkand", joint implementation of projects in the field of road management on the basis of public-private partnership.

Representatives of the working group also got acquainted with the activities of the KEC Corporation's online toll road monitoring center.
