According to the National Information Agency of Tajikistan "Khovar", restrictions against coronavirus infectious disease have been lifted in all quarantine and sanitary points of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance Service of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Tajikistan when crossing the state border of the Republic of Tajikistan.

This resolution of the republican headquarters was adopted taking into account stable assessments of the epidemiological situation with COVID-19 infection in the Republic of Tajikistan, a high level of vaccination among the population of the target groups of the country, normalization of the situation associated with this disease in the states of the region and the world, elimination of restrictions on the transportation of passengers and goods by air, land and water transport, regulation of electronic circulation of documents confirming the health status of passengers, and in order to fully ensure the functioning of national economies in the Republic of Tajikistan, including ensuring the development of the economy, civil aviation, tourism and strengthening interstate ties in the socio-economic sphere with the states of the region and the world.

The Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Tajikistan has been instructed to carry out the activities of quarantine and sanitary points of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological surveillance Service when crossing the state border of the Republic of Tajikistan in the "normal" mode and to take into account the general state of health of citizens of Tajikistan and foreign states at crossings of the state border.
