This was announced by Thai Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul after two Thai soldiers were injured due to a mine explosion on the border between the two countries.
It is noted that Thailand will also suspend the release of 18 Cambodian soldiers in custody, which, according to the terms of the peace agreement, was supposed to begin on November 21.
"During a patrol in Si Sa Ket province, soldiers stepped on what the Thai army believes was a newly laid mine. This is the seventh such explosion in four months," the newspaper writes.
