According to the document, starting January 1, 2021, licensing of concert and entertainment activities, maintaining the state register of licensees, entering information about their activities and achievements are carried out through the Single online portal of concert and entertainment activities’ participants. The fees charged for issuing a one-time permit to hold a concert and entertainment event are canceled.

It is not allowed to volunteer artists and performers to government and other events held by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other state bodies.

Starting September 2020, the first Sunday of each month in state museums will be declared Doors Open Day.
