In accordance with the Resolution, the module "Ma'muriy amaliyot" of the information system of the Traffic Safety Service of the Department of Public Safety is integrated with the information systems of responsible ministries and departments.
From February 1, 2026:
State registration plates of individual series are being introduced for trucks with a total weight (with cargo) of more than 44 tons, special vehicles used in mines, mines and quarries, non-linear taxis owned by legal entities, and "antique" motor vehicles.;
It is prohibited to use and re-register vehicles that have been produced for 50 years or more (such vehicles must be removed from the state register).
The requirement to indicate the owner's address in the vehicle registration certificate is lifted.
During the state registration of motor vehicles, the following documents are obtained from the competent authorities through interdepartmental electronic interaction:
the contract of purchase and sale of motor vehicles;
auction protocols issued by JSC "Organization of Electronic Online Auctions";
electronic invoices-certificates for motor vehicles produced by state-owned enterprises;
information about the owner of the vehicle.
