The meeting discussed the creation of an industrial zone in the Kuva district of the Ferghana region based on international best practices, as well as the placement of promising investment projects in it.
As part of the large-scale project, it is planned to invest 350 million US dollars. The industrial zone will house more than 15 facilities, including shops, showrooms, conference halls, hotels, shopping malls and other large structures.
The production buildings will be multi-storied and built on the principle of "smart systems". The installation of solar panels is provided for the efficient use of electricity, and waste recycling is provided to ensure environmental cleanliness. In addition, a vocational training center will be created within the framework of the project, where local specialists will be trained.
During the meeting, a presentation of the preliminary draft was presented. In the coming days, qualified specialists will arrive in Ferghana to jointly prepare detailed design materials and begin construction work.
Following the meeting, the Khokimiyat of the Ferghana region and Heyal Holding signed a memorandum on mutual international cooperation.
