About 20 large companies operating in the light industry of the Republic of Belarus visited Tashkent to participate in the forum. In particular, companies such as Marko, BelVest and the Minsk Association of Leather Manufacturers.
The work of the breakout session was aimed at bringing relations to a new level in the fields of the leather industry, intensifying the implementation of joint investment projects, exchanging experience between entrepreneurs of Uzbekistan and Belarus and launching new joint educational programs.
Within the framework of the forum, agreements and contracts worth $2.2 million were signed between businessmen of the two countries.
