Uzbekistan Airways increases order for Boeing 787 Dreamliner to 22 aircraft

    On November 6, 2025, in Washington, within the framework of the C5+1 summit, a signing ceremony was held between Uzbekistan Airways and Boeing on the conversion of options into a fixed order for eight Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft.

    The document was signed by Shukhrat Khudaikulov, Chairman of the Board of Uzbekistan Airways, and Paul Rigi, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Boeing.

    Thus, the total firm order of the national airline of Uzbekistan for modern wide-body Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner airliners amounted to 22 aircraft.

    The new aircraft will expand the airline's international route network and strengthen its position in the global market.

    The signing ceremony took place within the framework of the C5+1 summit in Washington, DC, in the presence of U.S. Secretary of Commerce Howard Latnik and Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan Laziz Kudratov.
