The parties agreed to work on the abolition of the licensing system for international road transport of goods, the press service of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Belarus reports.
Uzbekistan and Belarus also discussed prospects for expanding cooperation in the transport sector, determined the number of permits for international transportation for 2022-2023.
An agreement was reached on the allocation of additional Uzbek permits for Belarusian carriers in the amount of six thousand "bilateral and transit" and four thousand "to/from third countries".
