By the end of 2025, the mutual trade turnover between Uzbekistan and Jordan increased by 79.2%. Currently, there are 18 enterprises operating in Uzbekistan with the participation of Jordanian capital.
A separate topic of the talks was the preparation for the next meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission on Cooperation, as well as the negotiations on the conclusion of a Preferential trade Agreement between Uzbekistan and Jordan. It was noted that the signing of this document would create additional conditions for expanding mutual supplies of products, increasing business activity and further deepening trade and economic ties between the countries.
Following the meeting, the parties confirmed their mutual interest in developing practical cooperation and agreed to continue an active dialogue on key areas of bilateral cooperation.
