It was
noted that by the end of 2025, the volume of mutual trade between the two
countries increased by 30.1%, and exports of Uzbek products to Qatar increased
by 36.5%.
During the
event, the parties discussed promising projects in strategic sectors of the
economy, including attracting Qatari investments in the banking sector, mining
and the chemical industry.
Special
attention was paid to the development of transport infrastructure, the tourism
industry and the management of regional transport and logistics hubs.
In the
sphere of trade and the agro-industrial complex, issues of creating
agro-clusters and promoting Uzbek products to the markets of the Middle East
were discussed.
Representatives
of relevant departments and leading companies of the two countries presented
joint initiatives and confirmed their readiness for the practical
implementation of the agreements reached.
