    Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan have applied to host the Asian Cup 2031

    The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) has begun reviewing applications for the 2031 Asian Cup, the continent's largest soccer tournament. The football associations of Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan have submitted a joint application, expressing confidence that they will be able to organize the tournament at a high level.

    In recent years, football has been actively developing in Central Asia, modern conditions are being created, and the countries of the region are strengthening their positions in the international arena. Uzbekistan, along with neighboring countries, is fully ready to host such a prestigious competition. Stadiums in cities such as Tashkent, Namangan, Ferghana and Karshi have already been brought into line with international standards, the UFA press service reports.

    In addition, hosting major tournaments in recent years, such as the Asian U-20 and U-23 National Youth Championships, as well as the Futsal World Cup, has provided the region with valuable organizational experience.

    Central Asia is traditionally famous for its hospitality, professional approach, dedication to football and passionate fans. The region is ready to once again attract the attention of the whole of Asia and host the Asian Cup 2031 at the highest level.
