Uzhydromet: Uzbekistan is expected to warm up to +10 degrees in the coming week

    After the last snowfall, a snow cover formed over most of the territory of Uzbekistan. The air temperature dropped this morning to 8-13 degrees below zero, in some areas to 15 degrees below zero, in the extreme south to 4-6 degrees below zero.

    According to the Uzhydromet service, the weather is expected to be without precipitation throughout the republic this afternoon. The air temperature will be in the range of 0-5 degrees below zero, up to 2 degrees Celsius in places in the north and south.

    Dry weather will remain in most parts of Uzbekistan until December 19 inclusive. Precipitation will occur in places only in Karakalpakstan, Khorezm region and in the afternoon in Bukhara and Navoi regions on Thursday, December 19.

    Next night, the temperature in the republic will still remain within 8-13 degrees Celsius, but in the daytime the air temperature will begin to rise. By December 19, the temperature will rise at night to 0-2 degrees Celsius, in the afternoon to 5-7 degrees Celsius, in places to 10 degrees Celsius in the south.

    On Friday, December 20, precipitation in the form of rain and snow will take place in places across Uzbekistan. The daytime temperature will drop to 0-3 degrees Celsius.

    Fog is possible in some areas of the republic at night and in the morning.

    On December 18-20, the wind will increase in places to 13-18 m/s.

    There is no precipitation in the capital on December 16-19. A gradual increase in temperature at night from 10-12 degrees below zero to 0-2 degrees below zero, during the day from 3-5 degrees below zero to 5-7 degrees below zero.

    On December 20, there is occasional precipitation (rain, snow). The temperature at night and during the day is 0-2° Celsius.
