A helicopter carrying Afghan Minister of Mines and Petroleum Hedayatulla Badri and Governor of Ghor province Hayatulla Mubarek crashed in the Tulak region of the country.

Rasas Badri, a spokesman for the governor of Ghor province, said the accident was due to a technical malfunction of the helicopter.
