During an inspection in the mountainous area of the Alisher mahalla, the fact of illegal hunting of wild birds by citizen A.Sh. using nets was revealed. The violator was arrested on the spot.
An administrative protocol has been drawn up in respect of A.Sh. in accordance with part 4 of Article 90 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility.
The collected materials were sent to the Akhangaran District Criminal Court for a legal assessment of the situation. The birds were released into the wild.
