According to the Decree, the priority goals of introducing artificial intelligence technologies into the activities of courts and accelerating digitalization processes are defined:

· phased complete transition to an electronic form of case management based on the concept of a "Digital court" in order to eliminate the paper form in court proceedings;

· creation of the necessary technical infrastructure for the implementation of artificial intelligence technologies in the activities of ships;

· development and implementation of the judicial act archive module based on the information systems of the Supreme Court;

· conducting scientific research on the digitalization of court activities in the field of Cyber Law, as well as improving the digital literacy and qualifications of judges and court staff on an ongoing basis.

As part of the implementation of the Digital Court concept:

· before submitting an application to the court, the predicted outcome of the trial and the costs incurred on it are generated with the help of artificial intelligence.;

· appeals are sent to the court in electronic form.;

· draft judicial acts are generated automatically.
