The meeting discussed the prospects of attracting investments for the implementation of projects in various sectors of the Uzbek economy, promoting large-scale reforms in the field of tourism in our country, further increasing the flow of foreign tourists to the republic, discussed issues of promoting the rich historical, cultural and spiritual heritage of the Uzbek people, the Dune news agency reports.

During the meeting, Consul General Alisher Salomov presented the audience with detailed information about the changes taking place in the socio-economic, political and cultural life of our country, the effective results of the ongoing large-scale reforms, including in the field of tourism, support for compatriots and their families abroad.

According to representatives of the media and our active compatriots, large-scale reforms and potential in the tourism sector are known in the world. They noted that the ties established with foreign media and international organizations related to this area not only improve the image of the republic on the world stage, but also increase the flow of foreign tourists to Uzbekistan.

The participants expressed gratitude for the great attention and care shown to young people and compatriots living abroad.
