The issues of holding the Days of Culture of Uzbekistan in Qatar, as well as further expansion of bilateral cooperation in the field of culture and art, were discussed, the Dunyo news agency reports.
The representative of the Ministry of Culture noted that close friendly ties and constant dialogue between the leaders of the two countries play an important role and give a new impetus to bilateral relations. Nasser Al-Maliki also expressed gratitude for effective negotiations with officials of the Ministry of Culture of Uzbekistan during the visit of the delegation of the department he represents to our country in December 2023.
Following the meeting, an agreement was reached to hold a high-level Week of Culture, Crafts and Tourism of Uzbekistan in Doha on February 24-29, and in the second half of this year to organize Days of Qatari Culture in our country with the participation of Qatari artists.
