For two days, this event will serve as a platform for the exchange of ideas, knowledge and experience on the development of mutual cooperation with the participation of officials of the two countries, invited delegates of local and foreign universities, representatives of the private sector, international agencies and analytical centers.

On the first day of the event, a presentation on the activities of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation was held, a practical seminar on "Quality assurance in the context of higher education in the UK and Uzbekistan" was organized.

During the conference, issues of strengthening cooperation between Uzbekistan and the UK in the field of transnational education (TNE), identifying priorities, using best practices to further strengthen the quality and brand of higher education, quality assurance, approaches to self-assessment were discussed, as well as topical issues such as studying the UK experience in universities or technology transfer in conducting research and applied research.

The forum will continue its work today. It will discuss best practices in the field of "inclusive higher education" and "attracting employers, business, industry and graduates."
