Two are under restoration. The Pavilion of Uzbekistan is one of the most beautiful pavilions and the most difficult in terms of restoration and restoration," Sobyanin said.

He thanked the President and the citizens of Uzbekistan, who, according to him, put their soul into this object, approached with full responsibility and thoroughness to restore a unique cultural object.

"In addition, they breathed life into the pavilion, because it is filled with the history and culture of Uzbekistan. And I think that this pavilion will be one of the most attractive on the territory of VDNH. There will be further strengthening of ties, culture, history of our countries, friendship between our countries," the Mayor of Moscow added.

"The history of Russia and Uzbekistan has always been permeated with ties of friendship and partnership. We have built close relations in all spheres - from trade, economic and industrial cooperation at the state level up to direct family ties between our peoples. You have managed to create a truly authentic corner of your country. Unique objects of cultural heritage, modern art and crafts are collected here. And all this conveys the unique atmosphere of Uzbekistan, allows us to understand our friends and neighbors more deeply," D. Manturov said.

Jamshid Khodjaev, in turn, added that within the walls of Pavilion No. 66, residents of Moscow and guests of the capital from all over the world had the opportunity to get acquainted with the achievements of the branches of the national economy and industry of Uzbekistan, as well as immerse themselves in the atmosphere of its national culture and identity.

"Many years later, thanks to the initiative of the heads of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Russian Federation, as well as the desire of our countries and peoples to strengthen historically established friendly relations, the pavilion of Uzbekistan has been revived again and pleases with its architectural appearance and rich content," the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan said.

The Pavilion of Uzbekistan consists of five exhibition halls, which feature products with traditional Uzbek paintings and the finest wood carvings, national Uzbek ceramics, fabrics embroidered with gold and handmade carpets.

In the hall "Tourism potential of Uzbekistan" you can go on a virtual tour of the historical sites of Samarkand, Bukhara, Khiva, Kokand and get acquainted with the offers of Uzbek tour operators.

A business space for negotiations, presentations, business seminars and master classes has been formed in the renovated pavilion, an art gallery and an art cafe have been created.

Exhibits and original paintings for the exposition were handed over by the Directorate of Cultural Heritage of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Hunarmand Association and the Academy of Arts at the InterForum State Unitary Enterprise.
