The opening ceremony was attended by the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs of Japan, Hisayuki Fujii, and the head of the delegation of Uzbekistan, Chairman of the Foundation for the Development of Culture and Art Gayane Umerova.

The guests were presented with a rich cultural program: Ferghana and Bukhara lazgi, national music, and traditional dances were performed. The sounds of karnay and surnay, the performances of vocal ensembles and instrumental ensembles created a truly festive atmosphere.

Special attention of the audience was attracted by the performances of the Honored Artist of Uzbekistan Nodira Pirmatova and the State Dance Ensemble "Bahor" named after Mukarram Turgunbayeva, who presented a rich program of Uzbek choreography.

The highlight of the National Day was a colorful march through the territory of Expo 2025 with the participation of dozens of artists, musicians and dancers. This vibrant event combined national traditions with modern stage art and became a real cultural extravaganza, symbolizing Uzbekistan's openness to international cultural cooperation.

The event aroused great interest among the visitors of the exhibition and emphasized the importance of the National Day as an important part of the international representation of the country.
