The purchased ice cream was transferred to three accredited laboratories for research.
According to the conclusion of the laboratories, Escherichia coli bacteria were found in the “Хоттабыч” brand ice cream of the types "Eskimo", "Banana", "Pistachio", "Chocolate", "Plum" and "Sundae", which makes it non-compliant with the requirements of SanPiN 0366-19 for bacteriological indicators.
In addition, it was revealed that the amount of sugar in the products is twice as high as the established norms. There are also about 10 types of information data that are mandatory for the consumer.
The checks are currently ongoing.
