    Negotiations between the delegations of Uzbekistan and Russia, headed by Ministers Bakhtiyor Saidov and Sergey Lavrov, began in Samarkand today.

    "The talks between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation began in a friendly and constructive atmosphere," Akhror Burkhanov, the Foreign Minister's press secretary, wrote on his telegram channel. - The parties are discussing the current state and prospects of political, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian cooperation.
