During the conversation, the results of the successful and productive period of the Ambassador in Uzbekistan were summed up. His significant contribution to the development and strengthening of Uzbek-Russian relations over the past four years was noted.

Special attention was paid to the issues of further strengthening interparliamentary cooperation, including within the framework of international parliamentary structures. The decisive role of the political will of the Presidents of Uzbekistan and Russia as the basis for the development and deepening of bilateral ties was emphasized. The increasing importance of parliaments in intensifying the bilateral dialogue was also noted.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to continue constructive and mutually beneficial cooperation for the sake of the interests of the peoples of both countries.
