The plane carrying the deportees landed at Tashkent International Airport at 12:15 p.m. local time.
Correspondents of the Doone news agency talked with the newly arrived citizens to learn about the reasons for their trip to the United States, the conditions of their stay abroad and plans after returning home.
One of the returned citizens reported that the main purpose of his trip to the United States was to find employment.
"I had no other goals or intentions to stay in America. However, during my stay there, I encountered serious difficulties. I was held in prison for three and a half months. It was a difficult period. I don't advise anyone to act this way. If you want to work, do it only legally," said the compatriot.
He also expressed gratitude for the assistance in returning to his homeland.
"We returned with the help and support of the head of our state. We are grateful for that. Now we will work here in Uzbekistan, next to our parents, family and children," he added.
Another returning citizen also spoke about the difficult conditions of his stay abroad.
"There were many difficulties. If I hadn't survived all these trials, I wouldn't have returned on such a flight. We have been waiting for this day for a very long time. Many more Uzbek citizens in America are looking forward to returning to their homeland," he said, noting that citizens who are in the United States illegally face serious problems.
"The situation there is very difficult. Everyone who is in the illegal way is barely making ends meet. It is almost impossible to work in such conditions. We left to earn some money for our family, but unfortunately, this path ends badly," the source stressed.
According to him, during his stay in the United States, he had to change eight companies, but in none of them could he receive a full salary.
"The last company was a little better, but I was detained and deported because I was working illegally," he said.
The arriving citizens also stressed that they intend to start a new life in their homeland and work legally in Uzbekistan.
