The Institute has been created by the Government Resolution under the Scientific and Innovation Center of Information and Communication Technologies at the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi and the Scientific and Practical Center for Intellectual Software Systems at the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek.
A joint laboratory of the Institute of Intellectual Software Systems and the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek will be organized in the structure of the Institute of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications.
The joint laboratory is a structural subdivision of the Institute and is located in the building of the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek based on the right of free use.
