The distribution of tourists according to the purpose of the trip is as follows:

· travel - 23.6 thousand people;

· business trips - 2.4 thousand people;

· visiting relatives - 2.1 thousand people;

· study - 395 people;

· commercial trips - 111 people;

· treatment - 11 people.

The growing number of tourists from the United States indicates the continued interest of foreign visitors in the cultural, historical and business potential of Uzbekistan.
