The proposal of representatives of the general public and eco-activists on the implementation of the public project "Day without a car", aimed at reducing the movement of cars (except for public transport, special and emergency services) in the city of Tashkent for one working day every month in order to reduce the negative environmental impact of car exhaust gases, was approved.

At the same time, the heads and other employees of all republican bodies and local executive authorities, whose buildings are located in the city of Tashkent, will show a personal example by getting to work on public transport.
