Relevant amendments have been made to the Unified Regulation "On the Procedure for Licensing Certain Types of Activities through a special Electronic System", approved by Cabinet Resolution No. 80 dated February 21, 2022. The changes are provided for by Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 271 dated May 21, 2026.

According to the new requirements, from July 1, 2026, buildings and premises where non-governmental educational services are provided must be equipped with video surveillance cameras that enable online streaming and equipped with audio recording devices.

At the same time, video recordings must be stored for at least six months.

The Ministry of Preschool and School Education is taking the necessary measures to ensure that both existing and newly established non-governmental educational organizations comply with these requirements, as well as to ensure the smooth operation of installed systems.

It is noted that in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Licensing, Licensing and notification Procedures", violation of licensing requirements and conditions may become the basis for revocation of the license to carry out educational activities.
