According to the decree, within the framework of the "Clean Hands" program in healthcare and education organizations:
An adequate supply of sanitary and hygienic products will be provided.;
The infrastructure of drinking water supply and sanitary facilities (toilets) will be improved, they will be located inside the building.;
Promotional activities will be carried out to develop personal hygiene habits and observance among the population, including children.
Using data from the public investment management geoportal, a targeted program will be formed to improve the sanitary and hygienic infrastructure of general secondary education organizations.
A system of assessment of general secondary education organizations based on international experience based on the methodology of the "Three-Star Approach" of water supply, sanitation and hygiene will also be established.
For your information: in accordance with the Presidential Decree, from May 1, 2025, the Clean Hands program will be introduced in all healthcare and education organizations.
