According to the resolution, commercial banks will provide entrepreneurs implementing projects with loans for a period of 7 years in national currency at a rate 4 percentage points higher than the base rate of the Central Bank, with a grace period of 3 years.

Credit facilities are provided to the borrower in the following amounts:

• at the 1st stage - up to 10 percent of the concessional loan amount for the preparation of the land area for planting;
• at the 2nd stage - up to 40% preferential loan for the cost of purchasing and planting seedlings;
• At the 3rd stage, up to 30 percent of the preferential loan for the installation of irrigation systems will be provided.;
• at the 4th stage, a 20% preferential loan for 3 years for the costs of growing the garden until it begins to bear fruit.

At the same time, preferential loans will be allocated in proportion to the land area provided for in the feasibility study of the project for the cultivation of new orchards and vineyards and the organization of modern sorting, packaging and processing of fruit and berry and grape products, but not more than 500 times the size of the agricultural land per hectare.
