Uzbekistan has defined the procedure for calculating KPIs for family and women's centers

This Provision defines the procedure for calculating key performance indicators (KPIs) for evaluating the effectiveness of Family and Women's Centers.

The requirements of the Regulation are mandatory for all district (city) centers.

According to the Regulation, KPIs are calculated based on the results of each month, and analyzed based on the results of each quarter and year.

When calculating the KPI, the following official data is taken as the source:

Registry office data;

judicial authorities' data;

data from the internal affairs bodies and the information system "E-ijtimoiy profilaktika";

health authorities' data;

employment agency data;

the center's electronic report database.

The KPI system also includes 18 indicators in 4 main areas.
