The Ministry of Preschool and School Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan has issued "necessary recommendations" for the completion of the 2023/2024 academic year in general education institutions and the holding of the "Last Call".

According to the development, the events of this day should be held in schools from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on May 25 and cover only students of grades 1, 4, 9 and 11.

At the same time, the event should be held in cooperation with mahalla activists, parents and representatives of law enforcement agencies in compliance with fire and technical safety rules. You can also invite veteran teachers, former graduates of the school, who are "role models" to the "last call".

The event encourages talented graduates who have had exemplary behavior and excellent grades throughout the year and have received the highest scores in the rankings.

In addition, parents of students who actively participated in school life and set an example to their peers by their behavior and desire for knowledge are awarded letters of thanks in various nominations.

In a separate paragraph, the ministry recalled the prohibitions, which are traditionally established annually. So, we are talking about holding "graduation parties" in various restaurants and cafes, residential buildings, as well as collecting various funds from students and graduates and their parents during the phased control exams and final state certifications to prepare educational institutions for the new academic year.

In addition, the Ministry of Preschool and School Education banned collecting money for expensive gifts from students at graduation events, buying expensive clothes for proms, organizing trips in cars, as well as group visits by students to parks and swimming pools.

In conclusion, the Ministry of Preschool and School Education asked all employees of the system, parents and members of the general public to follow these recommendations at the end of the current school year and conduct the "Last Call".
