The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan has warned parents about fines for their children's participation in the quadrober subculture.

Recently, a subculture of quadrobers has been observed among young people on social networks, which manifests itself in the fact that young people use accessories depicting them in the guise of certain animals and imitate their behavior. Similar phenomena are observed among the youth of Kazakhstan, Russia and Ukraine, and also occurred in Tashkent.

In particular, on October 10, a quadrober in an animal mask was seen in Tashkent, and on October 11, another quadrober, imitating a dog, attacked people and scared a child who witnessed this case.

It is noted that, according to experts, this subculture can lead to children adopting aggressive animal behavior, which creates a risk of harm to themselves and others. It also negatively affects the fragile psyche of the child and contributes to his social isolation.

According to the Code of Administrative Responsibility, failure by parents or persons replacing them to fulfill their duties for the upbringing and education of minor children, including those that entailed the commission of an administrative offense by minors, entails the imposition of a fine of up to 5 times the amount of the BRV (up to 1 million 875 thousand soums).

It is noted that such manifestations of subculture can be qualified as parents' failure to fulfill their duties.

In addition, if necessary, it may be necessary to conduct a special psychological examination of children (confidentially, using friendly methods that do not allow isolating and discriminating against the child) in order to determine how "quadrobics" affects the mental and emotional health of the child.
