According to the Decree, from March 1, 2026, the procedure for making executive inscriptions by notaries will be introduced for the following indisputable civil law requirements in the amount of up to 1000 BRV:
· a requirement based on notarized transactions;
· the requirement to foreclose on movable property, which is security for the fulfillment of the debtor's obligations, in the presence of a written and notarized transaction;
· claims for debt collection on rent payments, mandatory contributions and payments from owners of premises in apartment buildings, utilities and communication services.
At the same time, the age limit for holding the office of notary in the Republic of Uzbekistan is increasing from 65 to 70 years.
At the same time, according to the results of an interview conducted by the Higher Qualification Commission under the Ministry of Justice, a notary can continue his/her career up to the age of 70 at his/her own request.
