To do this, the car owner must submit an application through the "Verification Order" section on the portal. my.gov.uz. The application must specify:
the state number of the vehicle,
the validity period of the driver's license,
the driver's social security number and passport data.
If there is a power of attorney, it must be attached to the application.
After submitting the application, the driver confirms it through the "Notifications" section on the portal using an electronic digital signature, Mobile-ID or Face-ID.
The service is paid - 0.9% of the retail price. Taking into account the 10% discount, the price will be 37,080 soums. A 50% discount is provided for persons from the Social Register and persons with disabilities of groups I and II.
Applications from individuals are considered automatically (within 5 days if there is a power of attorney), and applications from legal entities are considered within 5 business days.
Important: employees of government agencies and organizations involved in passenger transportation receive fines for free.
