According to the decree, the amount of monthly monetary compensation paid to military personnel for the rental of residential premises is increased by 20 percent. At the same time, the amount of monetary compensation has changed as follows:

· in the city of Tashkent - up to 4.8 billion;

· in the city of Nukus and regional centers - up to 3.6 billion;

· in other cities, regional centers and settlements of the republic - up to 2 billion.

Also, starting from June 1, 2025, the amount of the initial payment upon receipt of a mortgage loan for the purchase (construction) of housing for military personnel who have served more than 10 calendar years in the army, to whom housing is provided based on mortgage loan allocation indicators approved in accordance with legislative acts, is set at 35% of the estimated cost of housing.

Previously, this amount was 25 percent for everyone.

When providing housing to family members of deceased servicemen and disabled servicemen, if they were provided with housing on the basis of a long-term preferential mortgage loan, the outstanding loan amount and interest accrued on the loan will be fully reimbursed from the state budget.
