As the Report reports with reference to local media, this was reported by the National Fire Department of the country.
According to the information, the accident occurred during the preparation for the dismantling of the thermal power plant, which is currently not functioning. Two people were rescued, but at least seven others are believed to be trapped and missing. Search and rescue operations are currently underway.
South Korean Prime Minister Kim Min-seok instructed all ministries to deploy all available personnel and equipment to carry out rescue operations and provide assistance to people trapped.
Residents from nearby areas are also being evacuated.
