New approaches to the work of the system organizations of the Ministry of Agriculture are being introduced

    In order to systematically organize the fulfillment of the tasks set out in the strategy for the development of agriculture, the introduction of an effective mechanism for implementing projects in the industry, the development of the value chain and acceleration of transformation processes, a project management office has been launched in the central office of the Ministry of Agriculture.

    In order to effectively organize the work of this department and prepare personnel for it, on December 19-20, 2022, a two-day practical training on "Flexible approaches to project implementation and product creation" was organized for employees of the central office of the Ministry and system organizations.

    The training was attended by Minister of Agriculture Aziz Voitov, Deputy Minister Kakhramon Yuldashev, Adviser to the Minister Alisher Shukurov, Director of the Center for Digitalization of the agro-industrial complex under the Ministry of Uzbekistan Saidagzam Alimov.

    It is noteworthy that by putting this project into practice, the Ministry of Agriculture begins training project management personnel with the correct distribution of forces and the formation of competencies. This ensures efficiency and efficiency of work.

    During the training, participants learn how to work in a team and manage projects without a supervisor. The participants were also given detailed instructions on how to conduct projects in an "unconventional" way.

    "We are moving to such project management in order to accelerate everything we do - projects, reforms and process development. I think that together we will achieve good results in this regard," Agriculture Minister Aziz Voitov said.
