According to the Report, the Ukrainian leader stated this in a video message on his Telegram channel.
"Today I have already signed the documents to the Verkhovna Rada on Denis Shmygal as the new Minister of Defense," Zelensky said.
On Wednesday, the Rada dismissed Shmygal from the post of prime Minister. This entails the resignation of the entire Government. The Ministry of Defense has been headed by Rustem Umerov until today.
