From October 20 to 23, a forum on "Green and low-carbon development in the Asia-Pacific region" was held in the Changsha City District of the People's Republic of China. The event was also attended by employees of the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection and Climate Change of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
