"We call on all parties to resolve the situation peacefully and comply with the norms of international law," the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan said in a statement.
According to the Consulate General of Uzbekistan in Bangkok, there are currently no casualties among Uzbek citizens living in Thailand and Cambodia. The situation in the Thai capital and tourist centers remains stable, and there are no threats to foreign tourists.
At the same time, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly recommends that Uzbek citizens refrain from traveling to areas bordering Cambodia and monitor official reports.
