During the meeting, the director of the Migration Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers, Behzod Musayev, discussed with representatives of the company the involvement of Uzbeks in large-scale construction projects in Turkey.
As part of the first stage, 60 Uzbek citizens will go to work in Turkey in December. According to the signed employment contracts, all expenses, including transportation, accommodation, three meals a day, specialized clothing and personal protective equipment, are borne by the employer.
In addition, the company guarantees decent wages and respect for labor rights.
"We will closely monitor the working conditions of Uzbeks employed in our projects, and in January 2024 we will employ another 1,350 specialists in the Turkish market," said Akin Kirchichek, Director of Human Resources Management at Kalyon Insaat.
