The document was adopted in accordance with Presidential Decree No. UP-37 dated 02/21/2024 "On the State Program for the implementation of the Strategy "Uzbekistan - 2030" in the "Year of Support for Youth and Business".

The position determines:

· the procedure for assigning positions with qualification categories in theatrical, circus and concert and entertainment institutions;

· criteria, procedure and deadlines for assigning qualification categories;

· grounds for downgrading or canceling a category;

· the procedure for reviewing complaints related to the assignment of qualification categories.

The qualification category is determined once a year and is issued by order of the director of the institution on the basis of the conclusion of the Art Council.

The qualification is based on the following assessment criteria:

· creative abilities;

· experience;

· the quality and quantity of performances in various concerts and performances;

· active in social work and spiritual, educational and creative meetings.
