According to the press service of Uzbekistan Airways, the Airbus A321 plane from Moscow (Domodedovo) landed at the Samarkand airport, where it was solemnly greeted with a water arch.

Charter flights on the route "Moscow - Samarkand - Moscow" of Yamal Airlines will be operated once a week on Tuesdays. Departure from Samarkand is at 08:00 local time.

Yamal Airlines started its operations in 1997. Today it is one of the largest air carriers in the West Siberian region of Russia.
