During the visit, a productive dialogue and exchange of experience took place, contributing to the strengthening of mutual cooperation between the two countries in the field of security.

Interior Minister Aziz Tashpulatov held a bilateral meeting with Chinese Minister of Public Security Wang Xiaohong. During the conversation, issues of strengthening practical cooperation, combating transnational crime and crimes in the field of information technology, ensuring public order, as well as prospects for the exchange of experience and training were discussed.

In accordance with the program of the visit, the delegation visited the First Research Institute of the Ministry of Public Security of the People's Republic of China, where they got acquainted with scientific and practical developments in the field of security, digital technologies and information database management systems.

The Institute's specialists demonstrated achievements in the field of innovative software, intelligent video analysis, as well as developments for search and operational investigative activities.

Special attention was paid to the Office for Combating Cybercrime, where global threats of cyber-attacks, electronic fraud, personal data security and protection of the digital economy were discussed. The Chinese side presented cyber threat early detection platforms, anti-fraud technologies in electronic payments, Internet monitoring and threat risk assessment systems that can be adapted to improve cybersecurity in Uzbekistan.

The delegation also visited the Center for Law Enforcement and Investigative Actions of the Beijing Bureau of Public Security, where they got acquainted with digital modeling of criminal events, new types of forensic examinations, automated analysis of documents and audio-video evidence.

The experience of organizing modern training models, training courses and practical exercises was studied at the University of Public Security of the People's Republic of China.

The next stage of the visit took place in Guangdong Province. At the Provincial Department of Public Security, the delegation was informed about regional security systems, monitoring threats to public order, road safety, and the management of operational centers.

In Shenzhen, the delegation got acquainted with modern technical infrastructure facilities: the unmanned aerial vehicles unit, the Aviation Police Department, the Control and Operational Monitoring Center, as well as the Center for Combating Cyber Fraud, where high-tech solutions for protection against digital threats were demonstrated.

In addition, the delegation took part in the closing ceremony of the 15th All-China Sports Games and got acquainted with the security model at mass events.

In the final part of the visit, the delegation visited Huawei's Songshan Lake Science and Technology campus, where experts demonstrated intelligent control and monitoring platforms, information security solutions, digital management platforms for the police system and artificial intelligence technologies in the field of public security.

This visit will bring security cooperation between Uzbekistan and China to a new level and will be of great practical importance for the introduction of best practices and modern technologies in our country.
