The audience of this unforgettable event, which gathered more than two thousand people in the amphitheater, received a lot of positive emotions. Honored guests came to congratulate the young athletes - President of the Russian Olympic Committee Stanislav Pozdnyakov, President of the International Committee of the Games "Children of Asia" Vladimir Maksimov and others.

For the period of the Games, for the first time in its history, the children's center will become an analogue of the Olympic Village, where sports delegations from 13 countries - Uzbekistan, Armenia, Afghanistan, India, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Mongolia, Russia, Pakistan, Thailand, Turkmenistan - gathered at the same time.

The grand opening of the VII International Sports Games "Children of Asia" will take place today, July 28, in the concert and sports complex "Fetisov Arena".

It is expected that the total number of participants will be more than three thousand people. It is planned to play 273 sets of medals in 19 sports.

The games will last until August 8.
