For reference: On July 15, 2026, daily electricity generation amounted to 291.4 million kWh, which also became a new record. This is 4.1 million kWh, or 1.43%, more than the previous maximum of 287.3 million kWh, recorded on July 14.

According to the Ministry of Energy, in order to ensure the stability of electricity supply during periods of high consumption, emergency repair crews of energy enterprises are working in an enhanced mode, promptly eliminating malfunctions and emergencies in the electrical networks.

In particular, yesterday the power engineers promptly eliminated malfunctions that occurred in certain sections of the electrical networks, including in Uchtepa, Chilanzar, Shaikhantakhur, Mirzo-Ulugbek, Yashnabad and Sergeli districts of Tashkent city.

Also at 10:56 a.m., a malfunction was detected on the L-Arsif-1 power transmission line in the Ferghana region. As a result, some consumers of the Kuva district were temporarily disconnected from the electricity supply. At 11:35 a.m., the malfunction was eliminated, and the power supply to consumers was fully restored.

On July 16, at 00:12, a malfunction was detected at a substation in the city of Tashkent. As a result, temporary power outages are observed in some areas of Chilanzar and Yakkasarai districts. Power engineers continue to work on troubleshooting.

The implementation of a complex of works on the modernization of power plants, substations, transformer stations, power transmission lines and other equipment, as well as on increasing their capacity, continues. This helps to increase the reliability of electricity supply to consumers during seasonal loads.

During peak consumption hours, temporary power outages are possible in some regions due to technical failures in electrical networks. Power engineers continue to work around the clock to ensure stable electricity supply.

Citizens are urged to take care of themselves and their loved ones, pay special attention to their health on hot days and use electricity efficiently. This will allow everyone to contribute to ensuring a stable electricity supply.
